T-MODEL FORD
Alive Naturalsound Records is pleased to announce the release of T-MODEL FORD's The Ladies Man on January 12th, 2010. T-Model is 80-something years old and he's been playing guitar in the style of Muddy Waters and Howlin' Wolf, but with his own nuances. In fact, he doesn't tune like most folks, creating a unique sound with what he has coined "open T" tuning. 

The Ladies Man is T-Model Ford's seventh acoustic album. Recorded at Planet Sound Studios in Wichita, Kansas, the album is the product of a live, one-take afternoon session with no overdubs and minimal mixing. T wanted to play acoustic guitar and have 100% control over the record, and everyone involved in the project agreed he should do it the way he wanted. The result is pure T Model, with some newer young musician-friends playing along with him.

Woodhands

Woodhands (Dan Werb and Paul Banwatt) a synth and drums duo that is injecting electro-pop with a dose of glam rock swagger.
