Readers,

We have been dealing with major internet connection failer here at Refrain Magazine.  That is the reason for apparent lack of updates since before Christmas. We are still working out modem issues, but should be up and running on rocket fuel next week. Our appologies for any inconvenience over the holidays. Our calendar, luckily, was relatively up to date.
