Refrain Magazine is celebrating its first birthday with a big birthday bash at the Crosstown Lounge in Grand Forks TONIGHT.  Warming up the stage will be Grand Forks singer/songwriter Ron Franz who will play originals at 9 pm. If you haven’t heard his new stuff, you’re in for a treat. Then at 10:30 Absolute Grüv from Minneapolis will take the stage.

Once more we’re offering slices of Guinness-infused chocolate cake from Dakota Harvest Bakery. And we’re giving away a couple of t-shirts (if we can get them up from Fargo in time!) and a few CDs. 

So, come on up to the Crosstown and kick back for a laid back evening with Absolute Grüv and Ron Franz and Refrain Magazine.
